What a fantastic recipe for Valentine’s Day! The sauce screams romance, especially served over lobster ravioli as recommend in the recipe. This pasta is a gorgeous dish to set the stage for our Wagyu entrée. Flavorful and unique yet light enough for a first course. Our Wagyu Filet Mignon is the ultimate steak, the perfect star for a celebratory meal. We believe the best way to prepare a Filet Mignon is simply and medium rare. The red wine reduction and shallots in this recipe bring a slight tang that compliments the luxurious texture and flavor of our filet without overwhelming the delicate nuances of the steak. The perfect wine for our Valentine’s Day menu is one that will work for all courses, big enough for our Wagyu yet not so big it rolls over the Ravioli. Our choice? A Chateaufeuf de Pape. Sexy and romantic on it’s own, this versatile selection is fantastic with food. You can find this style of wine at most wine stores. Prices range between $30-hundreds.
