This is the first and only Summer Sausage on the US market to be made from 100% Fullblood Wagyu, which is acclaimed for its rich flavor and dense marbling. Out of the over 2,735 products entered into the competition approximately 125 are selected as finalists in the 32 Award categories. Top professionals in the specialty foods industry judge each product into the competition based on quality, innovation, ingredient profile, packaging, and pricing.
