Our Fullblood Wagyu Ribeye Steak is a boneless 16-ounce slice of heaven, with the hearty flavor, rich marbling, and buttery texture that has made Wagyu and Kobe famous. One of our most popular cuts, Ribeyes are in limited supply. As with all of our beef, the Ribeye Steaks are cryovaced and wet-aged in their own juices and then frozen. Our Ribeye steaks are avilable in multiples of four frozen Ribeyes, roughly 16 ounces per steak. (We also have 4-lb ribeye roasts available upon request.
