Wagyu Club Shipments are scheduled like this: Quarterly club shipments are in March, June, September, and December. Semi-Annual & Sausage/Ground club shipments are in June and December.
Upon signing up, your first shipment will be the next occurring shipment that follows your date of sign-up. Your credit card will be charged automatically on the 5th of the month of the club shipment.
You will receive an email 30 days before your card is charged with notification of your upcoming shipment. If you sign up for a shipment that will be sent out less than 30 days after you join the club, no charge email will be sent for your first shipment. Modifications and cancellations must be made within 15 days of receiving notification email.
Available for U.S. customers only. We're not able to ship to Canada or abroad.
Changes & Cancellations
We've made this easy peasy. If you need to skip a shipment, no problem! Just email us at email@example.com within 7 days prior to automatic credit card charges, and we'll hold your shipment and you will not be charged.
All shipments will be shipped with Free Standard Shipping. If you need your order to be rescheduled for a later date or would like expedited shipping, please send us an email 5 days prior to automatic credit card charges and we will reschedule. Additional fees for expedited shipping may apply.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your Membership Account on the Wagyu Club page. Cancellations made less than 15 days before upcoming credit card charges will not reflect until following installment.
Wagyu Club Membership FAQ
- When will my Subscription Club Box Ship out?
Well, that depends on the type of subscription you have. If you have a Quarterly Subscription, you can expect a box in March, June, September and December of every year. The orders ship out around the 10th of each shipment month.
If you are signed up for the Semi-Annual or Sausage & Ground Beef subscription, you can expect a box in June and December of each year. The orders ship out around the 10th of each shipment month.
- When will you charge my card?
We will charge your card on the 5th of every shipment month.
We will send you an email reminder about your upcoming wagyu club charge 30 days before we charge your card. Please send us any change/cancellation requests before the 5th of your scheduled charge/shipment.
If you sign up for a shipment that will be sent out less than 30 days after you join the club, no charge email will be sent for your first shipment.
- I won’t be home to receive my box. Can I arrange a different delivery date?
Uhh, yes you can! Did you know that Lone Mountain Wagyu also stands for “Awesome Customer Service?” Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order is scheduled to ship with your request and we can arrange to ship out your order on a different date that works for you.
- Can I skip a Subscription Box shipment?
You sure can. We send out a reminder email about 30 days in advance of your upcoming box. Please send us an email at email@example.com with the request so we can make sure not to charge your card and manually cancel that shipment in your profile.
Please note, cancellation/skip requests received after we’ve charged your card are done on a case by case basis. There’s a lot of needed to be done on the backend to make this happen but we promise to do everything we can.
- How will you ship my Wagyu so it arrives safe to consume?
With the exception of our Beef Jerky, which arrives in our resealable bags, all of our products are shipped in individually vacuum-sealed packages (Unless otherwise noted). They are frozen and shipped with dry ice. It is normal for the dry ice to evaporate particularly during summer months, but as long as the products arrive frozen, have no fear as it is still safe to enjoy. We ship via UPS in our eco-friendly Thermopods whenever possible.
- I’d like to cancel my Wagyu Club Subscription. How can I cancel it?
We're sorry to see you go! Please sign into your account from the home page. Enter your information. Look for the link that says “Manage Membership” and click on that button to be directed to your Wagyu Club membership portal. Sign in with your Wagyu Club credentials. Once logged in, you can manage your subscriptions, updating billing information (like adding a new credit card) as well as canceling or adding a new subscription.
Alternatively, you can also send us an email with the request and we’ll be happy to cancel it for you. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org

- I live outside of the United States. Can I sign up to receive the Wagyu Club?
We hate to be the bearer of bad news but at the moment, we’re not able to ship our beef outside of the United States. So sorry!
- What type of shipping method do you use to ship my Wagyu Club?
All shipments will be shipped with Free Standard Ground Shipping. If you need your order to arrive quicker, please let us know before your order ships. Send an email to email@example.com. Please note, additional fees for expedited shipping apply.
