Our Fullblood Wagyu Strip Steak is roughly 14 ounces from the tender Striploin. Melt-in-your-mouth texture and exquisite flavor make this extremely popular and in limited supply. As with all of our beef, the Strip Steaks are cryovaced and wet-aged in their own juices and then frozen. Our Strip Steaks are available in multiples of four frozen steaks, roughly 12-14 ounces each.
