Our 100% Fullblood Wagyu Beef Burger Patties get their incredible flavor and texture from the uniquely intense marbling of the Wagyu beef. As the fat melts during cooking, it bastes the surrounding meat creating unmatched flavor and tenderness.
Thaw your Wagyu in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Once thawed, allow meat to room temperature for 30 minutes.
Grill: When grilling, use a medium high heat. Put the burgers on the grill and let them cook for about 5 minutes per side. Don’t press down on the burgers, and resist the urge to constantly turn and flip them. Just rotate 180 degrees, flip, and rotate 180 degrees on the other side. The less you disturb these one-of-a-kind burgers the juicier they will be and the better they will taste. If you are going to add cheese, put the lid on the grill and make sure the cheese melts thoroughly.
To really make your burger creation really stand out, be sure to use freshly baked hamburger buns and the freshest lettuce, tomato, onion and other condiments. You want top quality all the way around, but keep it simple; the burger is the star. For seasoning, all you need is salt and pepper, because the flavor of these burger patties will stand on its own.
