Wagyu Simple Summer Sausage Sandwich
- 1 Lone Mountain Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
- 2 Ciabatta squares
- Handful of fresh rocket
- Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
- Dijon Mustard
- Slice each Ciabbata square in half horizontally.
- Place gruyere slices on top half of the loaf and toast in convection oven or on broil in oven for about 3 minutes, watching closely.
- Once bread is toasted spread dijon on bottom half of sandwich and arrange rocket and sausage.
- Serve with cornichons and cold ale.
